For our summer campers- Enrollment forms can be downloaded during the registration process for our camps. You also will be provided the opportunity to read through and download our Nest Summer Camp Policies Handbook, and sign your acknowledgment of the policies online. As we are a state licensed preschool, we are required to have these forms on file for your child before they join us on their first day of camp. Feel welcome to email these forms back to sara@nestfamilychildcare.com, or drop off to us at our school between 8:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday at Nest Preschool, 420 Courtney Way, Lafayette. Thank you!
